A: Yes, you can raise anytime! This is called bluffing. You represent a stronger hand to make opponents fold.

Q: What if two players have the same hand?

A: In Xi To, suits break ties. Spades > Hearts > Clubs > Diamonds.

Q: Is Xi To the same as Texas Hold'em?

A: No.

• Xi To: 32 cards (7-A), players receive cards individually, stud betting structure.
• Texas Hold'em: 52 cards, community cards, blinds structure.

Q: Why remove 2-6?

A: To increase action! With fewer cards, strong hands (Straight, Flush, Full House) happen much more often.
